This is a project I have been working on for a while to get more comfortable with procedural modeling and HDA building within Houdini. The "Scandinavian Cottage Generator" is built entirely in Houdini and can be manipulated through an HDA interface. UV's and highpoly version of the cottage can be generated through the click of a button.
The texturing and rendering was done in Karma using Materialx shaders. The project was rendered on the CPU (I unfortunately finished the project right as Karma XPU introduced material blending). The shading part of the cottage was not built into the HDA.
I'm very tired of looking at cottages for the time being, but I hope you like it! :-)
