Helldivers 2 - Assets - Intro Cinematic

I had the fantastic opportunity to work as Asset Lead on the Helldivers 2 intro cinematic for the official game. Goodbye Kansas was involved early on in the process and we recieved some early WIP assets and concepts from Arrowhead that I then got to both remodel, upres for cinematic purposes and then also do full texturing passes on.

One of the most fun projects I've worked on in a long time. Huge congrats to Arrowhead on the raging success with the game, and of course I'm also helping to spread some managed democracy in game!

Modeled and textured the cinematic version of the Liberator Assult Rifle. Recieved early WIP models from Arrowhead that I used for reference to remodel a cinematic version of the asset. Sight and front grip geo is straight from Arrowhead with tweaks.

Took care of all weapons in the trailer with exception for the bazooka as seen in the trailer which Lasse Hansen helped model.

Did the texturing and lookdev for the main characters costume. Also took care of all texturing for the civilians costumes which are mostly color variations of the main characters costume.
