Shōgun, 2024 (FX) - Assets

Worked a little bit on the Tv series "Shogun", 2024 by FX together with Goodbye Kansas Studios.
I made a bunch of rowboats, and then I also made 2 tiny tiny houses inside the city of Edo (plus some kimono like custome which i simmed, sculpted and textured.. I have no clue where that one went in the series though haha..)

All boats in this post were modeled in Maya and textured in Substance Painter. Working closely to the on set references of the boats they had built practically.

Modeled and Textured all rowboats pulling the ship. They consist of 3 different modeled variants, which then were duplicated out a bunch of times. Each copy of the rowboats then had procedural masks for wetness, grunge and value shifts to add variation.
